Reverend Charles McGuire started Faith in Action Fellowship in 1981 after receiving a vision from God to offer non-demominational ministers, churches and ministries, that would come together in unity of faith and spirit, a 501 (C) 3 covering throughout the world. The vision of Faith in Action Fellowship is to encourage and help ministers, churches and ministries to build the Kingdom of God. God has used brother Charles and his 52 years of ministry in many capacities such as apostle, evangelist, prophet, mentor, and builder to counsel many ministers and ministries.
Brother Rhine has been in the ministry for over 18 years and was ordained in 1997. He has been a member of Faith In Action Fellowship for over 17 years and a trustee for over 13 years. He is an evangelist and currently serves as assistant pastor at All Faith Community Church in Danville, Arkansas. He and his wife Donna live in Waveland, Arkansas and want all to know Jesus and experience the joy that He gives. Brother Rhine serves the Lord and the fellowship with diligence and sincerity.
Brother Dave Carter has been a trustee for 7 years and a member for 11 years. He started the House of Prayer church in Centreville, Mississippi and Ferriday, Louisiana. He and his wife Leatha currently pastor the House of Prayer to the Nations 1 in Ferriday, Louisiana. Brother Carter is a businessman and educator with a B.S and M.S in Agricultural Education from Alcorn State University. In addition, He also has an M.S. in Administration and Business from Southern University and has studied at Oral Roberts University. Brother Dave is an apostle, teacher, prophet and mentor to new ministers. Brother Dave Carter serves the Fellowship with great desire.
Sister Bayless has been a trustee for Faith in Action Fellowship for the past 7 years and a member for 11 years. Janet is the daughter of President and Founder Charles McGuire and First Lady Mary Lou McGuire. In June of 2003 she recieved her credentials as an ordained minister. Sister Bayless has earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas and a Masters Degree in Non-Profit Management from Oral Roberts University. Janet serves the Lord and this fellowship fully and with great purpose.
Sister Griffin has been an ordained minister for 34 years. Pastor of PEARCY FULL GOSPEL LIGHTHOUSE, Pearcy, AR for 21 years. She was a nurse for 33 years, retiring in the year of 2014. Sister Kathleen has been a member of Faith In Action Fellowship for 28 years. A person of high integrity and faithful to her calling as a pastor. Serving the Fellowship with the desire to help other ministers and build the kingdom of God.
